  • 1 cup grated or pureed coconut
  • 2 cups grated or pureed cassava/yucca
  • 1/2 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp Vanilla extract or essence
